It's not too hard to install, the toughest part is working the union between the interior downpipe and the exterior pipe inside the fender, it's difficult to get lined up somewhat and having the template in the exactly correct spot is critical.

Nice kit, but it looks like it gets in the way of the oil filler cap.

Thanks all, she's coming along but I'm out of money for a good while! Trailsnail, your right, the Volant intake pipe from the box to the throttle body does go right over the oil fill port, you can get the cap out, but ya need a funnel to oil 'er up. Devildog, thanks for keeping the faith, I only put three in the pic for "PC"s sake...drunk Eddie hookin' up his Jeep again:D Hey y'all, let's go swimming!

Make it quick Chris! I'm TDY to Ft. Leonard Wood next week for the week, then a week at Home Station than a week later most likely TDY to Camp Shelby MS for a month...Shoulda gone regular Army, I'm gone all the time anyhow just being in the Guard!

Also...today fabricated a better mesh inlet cover out of aluminum gutter mesh and ditched the cheesy and restrictive Volant billboard/inlet cover. Damn thing's got "Volant" all over every part 'cept the clamps! They ain't paying me to market their shit...ooops, naughty word.
