Everyone will chime in about the day but all I can say was the weather could not have been better, the food could not have been better, the company could have been naked bikini models but other wise could not have been better.
I got to a late start but caught the group at road ranger about 1220. We rolled out to out BBQ spot in force. To start we had My self, Angel, and the boys, Jacob and His Boy, Mavak and wife and Daughter, BSC, DMAX, we headed out and I got a call from Mike. He joined us down there with a hunting buddy in his truck. We all sat around and ate when shortly after Mike got there a few folks came walking in, one a scraggly looking guy carrying a .22 rifle. Right behind him were a few women with kids one of the women was about 12 months pregnant and to top it off she started down the little hill we were at the bottom of and fell. We don't know who they were so we reeled in the kids and went on our way.
Well it wasn't long before a motor started and Mike wanted to "crawl" up the little rock hill. Well he couldn't crawl it but went up no problem. Next Jacob decided to Crawl it, same fate as Mike. Then I decided to RUN it so I throttled up it. We all parked and after a few more minutes I went over to the water runoff ditch to play. It has been eroded quite a bit and was fun. First time I did it I went passenger side in and after a few runs got through. I then turned around to go down and front end fell into the deepest part. Strap number 1. Well the JAcob wanted me to go drivers side in so I did and it didn't end as well. Well I was now in the bottom of the gully with two wheels in the air. After a few photos I was able to drive out of it and back out for another run, not before killing some bugs. I blew a bunch of smoke so I shut it down, checked the oil, good to go so run 2 at it. I fell into it the same way and flipped it further. This time the drivers side mirror was in the dirt. SO after a few attempts at driving out and only making it worse I gave up. Did I mention all this time Jacob is recording? He has about 3 minutes of me in the hole and being recovered. Mike came to my rescue again and strapped me to flat ground.
After about another hour or 2 we headed out for home.
