That just leaves us Faricy. I've personally had good experiences dealing with both.

1. Ill be talking with Lithia asap about the life-time oild change i bought with my rig. (only good at Lithia).

2. I will never do any business with Faricy as they had my jeep for a month to do warranty work while i was at JRTC in LA. I got back, no work had been done and my glove box and center console had been emptied out (about $200 worth of stuff) and my roll bar padding had been tore off the bars and ripped into peices and tossed in the back.

I'll tell you what, Lithia has been going around the country buying a dealership, then they dissappear again. I used to be a salesman at a Dodge dealership in my home town, at that time it was called Expressway Dodge, then they got bought out by Lithia, and more than half the staff quit due to Lithia's new business management and the way they were doing things. I was one of those that quit, they just had no employee satisfaction rating. Then, 3 years later, Lithia went under, lost the dealership and sold it to the oldest and longest running Chrysler dealership in the city, so they got a much much bigger lot and now they are running very strong. But, bottom line, Lithia doesn't ever stick around for long.
