its a get together/wheeling trip around the area
It will be a wheeeling trip. How about flat and nasty? Just got done talking to Mike and he says he has never been there so that seems like a good enough reason to choose it.

Sorry Team, will be at FT McCoy for two weeks, leave on Tues.
I think the wife and I will be going. Never been to Flat Nasty, so looking forward to it.
I live south of the Fort Wood (Success) and Mike (cphill209) lives on the north side (Dixon). Our link up times will be about 0800-0900 ish, we will tighten that up as the day approaches. If you are unsure how to get there maybe you should try to link up. There are a few ways form Mikes place, some better than others, and a few ways from mine. From my place the best way won't show up on most maps to include map quest and google. Bruce you will probably want to look at a map to see where you want to link up. From my place it is about a 45 minute drive, from Mikes it is longer but depending on where you live will determine who you want to link up.
We will run moderate to tougher trails, nothing too extreme. If you don’t feel comfortable with something don’t do it, but come anyway, even if you are stock. You can always park it for a trial or hit the bypass. If you want to run something extreme those who don’t will offer you support and all the encouragement you want, and do our best to pick up the pieces. If you haven’t wheeled with us before we are very easy going and will not pressure anybody to do anything they aren’t comfortable doing.
Best way to get there from Ft Wood is I44 to Rolla, go as if your going to Walmart, First Rolla Exit then a Right at the big intersection.
Then first left, this is HWY72.
Then into Salem and a left 32.
Right onto 19
Left onto K
and finally a right on ZZ
Jordan and I are planning to go.

I am going to try and be there. What time to you guys plan on being at the park, since I am coming from the other direction?

Form Pacific head south. Thses are Freds directions, he has made the trip a few times. They are from Ft Wood so you will have to adjust them a bit. Best way to get there from Ft Wood is I44 to Rolla, go as if your going to Walmart, First Rolla Exit then a Right at the big intersection.

Getting through Rolla should be easy, one you are out of Rolla the directions should work for you. There may be other ways from your area. Flat and Nasty is South of Salem. There are more than a few ways to get down there but these seem to be the quickest.

im working on getting mine street legal so i can drive it out but its gonna be close:(
I have to work Sat but I will present to the newest owner
Link up time will be 0900. Those north of the post call Mike (cphill) at 253-495-0925. Those south of the post call me (Ross) at 417-217-2319. I am in Success and the route takes about 45 mins unless we get allot of rain this week, than the uternate route is about an hour.
Everybody good to go? Those who don't want to link up I will be at flat and nasty about 0930 - 1000. Days are getting longer so even with a late start we will have plenty of time to wheel.
I have a blue TJ on 35s with a warn winch on the front and will be on channel 4. Cell phones do not work everywhere out that way so double check your directions and don't expect to be able to call when you get close.
See you on Sat.
I believe Larry and Andrea will be camping so if you need a place to leave doors, tops, ice chests or what ever they should be safe in the camp area.
Yesterday when I went into the "store" Andrea asked me if we were still doing flat and nasty this weekend so those of you who work in the area start hearing rumors you will know why.

we'llbe there Friday evening and waiting Saturday morn for you all. Have the jeep and camper already loaded you'll see it at MANSCEN tomorrow.
Mavak~Paul, Teena and Amber will be going. Never been so will be linking up with some one if we can.
So who is the new Squeegee holder?:)
We won't be making this one.
Nobody has called to link up with me so I will be heading out a little earlier. Once you get to flat and Nasty head down t the campground and link up with Larry. He has a white jeep on 33s, and Ford truck with a camper on the back and trailer behind.
For those who haven't been; when you pull in you have to sign in at the building on the left, $15 for the vehicle and driver and $5.00 for passengers. I have a 8 year old and at that age they are free. If they aren't in the building sign the waiver if you see one and you will have to pay latter in the day. Make sure to grap a map.
After that head down to the campground and find Larry, he will be on ch 28 and I will stay on ch 4.
If you get there and no jeeps are at the campground we will check back to make sure we get everybody together.

So who is the new Squeegee holder?:)
Who ever earns it this weekend gets to hold it;
Change their avatar, add to the squeegee etc, we made some rules and posted somewhere.
They are on the Chapter Site. They CAN add to the award, Must post a pic of it as thier Avatar, and award it to whoever earns it next.
I didn't get to Larry before he left so I have the Squeegie still. Once Ross or LArry earns it I will present it to them...LOL
