Ramstein Area Show n Shine

I would like to try and organize a show in shine in the Ramstein area for the around the 24th - 26th of July to help donate more money to the WFTW and give a chance for MJ'ers to participate in an event if the can't make the first one or live to far away to make it.

Unless I miss read something for the Graf one this one wold be almost a month later. Also I would definatly need someone to be able to help me cause my wife will be due to have our baby July 31st, SO incase the kid is impatiant like his father and decides to show up early I need someone to can pick the ball up in an emergancy and keep it rollin.

well i wont be able to make it to Ramstein too close to my wife's due date. but i will be in Graf

I am not going to be able to do anything around the end of July in Ramstein, My FRG has a booth at the Volksfest. We have the volksfest going on in Graf during that time, so. . . there will be thousands of americans and germans on post. . . . I dont know why I didnt think of this earlier. We have to get the PO going guys.

Ok Yall I'd really like to get this going but I'm gonna need someone to step up to help as its so close to when my wife is supposed to be having our kid that I don't dare to try and run this on my own!

I will help with this and be happy to get with you after this weekend. This weekend will be sort of a test. We can figure out what works and what would be helpful as far as memorandums and filing the proper paperwork. It will also show us where we need to tighten up our organization to have a good event.

How about the first or the second, before we head to the 4th of July bash?

I think we need to meet this Sunday after our little shenanigans, first off we didnt have enough time this time to effectively organize this, but we will next time, and we need to be a private organization to do this next time.

Correct, Chuck I will get the ByLaws sent out so we can get some work on em.

OK someone correct me if i am wrong... the AAR will continue into this weekend in Garmisch. we will then solidify the PO and start to develop a mission statement, preamble, and develop our by laws and chain of "command". once this is all set we will be able to operate autonymously, and not have to rely on others to get things done for us. this is an open disscusion, and anyone is welcome to join, but please be flexable as we will need to do it via phone and e mail within the span of the next week. come tuesday we need to have something solid to sell to the people that we are gonna support this!

Guys, if you are going to get this set up, get the paperwork through NOW, you will have to find a PO to sponsor it to get the paperwork through your Garrison/Post whatever the airforce calls it. that needs to be the first order of business is getting the approval through for the fundraiser. Maybe the airforce does it different so just make sure they approve it otherwise there will be big problems, they normally need 4 weeks advance notice.
