Ladies,
We need to make this legit ladies we need to set up an actual club/private organization here for the germany chapter, this way we can do these fundraisers and stuff ourselves without having to have a sponsor, right now legally we have to run it through another private org. let me know what your thoughts are on this, then we can get our own stuff, have our own logo and everything. Let me know your thoughts on this guys.

That is something that needs to be run through Ryan along with a detailed prospectus of who is going to be responsible for what, to include both any liability as well as how the "chapter" would be held accountable for all of their actions. It is going to be a slippery slope as you are going to be ddealing with US law as well as German law and the SOFA as well.

Yeah I hear you, I need to find out if we can call ourselves MJ under the germany chapter and make it a PO or if we have to set up under a separate name, the PO is not hard to set up here but the issue is if we can be associated with MJ or not, thats how I would like it but it might be an issue.
