SouthWEST Florida???

Hey guys... Plans are looking towards moving from LA back to Florida (i know is crazy because Cali is preeeeemo for the TJ), but instead of being up in J'ville, I'm looking more towards Ft Myers/Cape Coral. I know nothing about this area so if anyone has info on trails or clubs, file me in!

I'm originally from that area. Lots and lots of mud and sand. There are a couple places out in N. Fort Myers and N. Cape Coral. Everything west is the beach. I know if you go out towards Lehigh there is a bunch out there as well. I know there is a Jeep club close, but do not recall the club name. I'll look and see if I can find it. I have not been home since 2003 so.......

Yea.. i'm not really big into muddin but I figured we would have some adaptation to do.
Thanks. That works out because that club has a trip planned about 30 minutes from where I want to be. I'm not gonna make it... but hopefully that will work out when i get there.

Theres a new park that just opened in Punta Gorda. From what I read there are a lot of mud pits but also lots of trails as well. If I can get my heap running I'm going to try to get out there this summer.
