Here is the low down on the event. The park will be open to any one who wants
to come and 'wheel with regular gate fee's applying.

1. Any military personnel is welcome to attend this event active or non active,
weather you have a 4-wheel drive vehicle or not. If you have a 4-wheel drive
you are more than welcome to bring it out for guided trail rides and a ball &
barrel race. If you do not have a 4-wheel drive just come out for dinner and
live entertainment.
2. Admission is free to the first 200 military personnel who RSVP. With the
RSVP the fist 200 people will also be provided dinner. After you RSVP you
will need to providemilitary ID at the gate on the day of the event .
3. Any military personnel who is interested can RSVP with Zach Summers
at 417-880-2998 or Rollover4x4@yahoo.com (Rollover4x4@yahoo.com) atRSVP no later than 7-31-2009.
4. The cook shack will be open for food for anyone else who is interested.
Live band provided for dinner as well as other activities throughout the day.
5. You will need to bring your own lunch, drinks and lawn chairs.
6. The event is not limited to 200 people but food is only guaranteed for the
fist 200 military personnel.
7. The events will take place on Saturday the 8th with the park being open
on Sunday as well.

Ask on the SMORR forum for this event to be sure, I think camping is $10 usually not sure with this.

They have some of everything. I went to Flat Nasty this weekend and mine TJ has a stock suspension and I ran on most all of the intermediate trails with a little bit of rubbing on the stock skid. What size tires do you have?

I wheeled SMORR STOCK before and kept up to Fred and Larry. I have an 07 JK RUBI. I have wheeled MOAB, UTAH in a different Jeep so my rock exerpince is little more than novice. Bruce and i talked about trails in an e-mail the other day. I said it should be topic for the campfire the night before. Nobody has to run anything they dont want to and most have side trails to get around the harder stuff. I want to go back up v-notch now that i have a lift and Learned that the electronic disconect doesnt disconect all the way like i thought. Think i can keep my tires on the ground this time.

Recomendation even if you have the electronic disconect, disconect it manually it will make a ton if difference i learned.

I feel the same about deciding once we are there.

I will run until either I get stuck or I have a gut feeling I will get stuck (bypass). After yesterday, I found that most of the time if you follow the line of a guy in front of you and you know what mod's his vehicle has and the capability of yours, your good. "Employ you unit in accordance with it's capability."

Of course on some trails once your in it, there is no turning back.

Military Jeepers banner dropped off to Bruce. He is going thursday and camping. Bruce scouted it out yesterday and said all the way at the end the RV spots and the Tents spots meet and that where he will set up camp for us. Anyone wanting to convoy, at 17:00 lets all meet at the Price Cutter parking lot (I-44 exit 156). That way those with trailers wont have a problem turning around.
Just above Codys (Kum n Go) Gas Station is a parking area between Cody's and the mini mall portion that no one ever parks in.
