    Default Suspension Systems

I have an 08' JK. I'm lookin to lift it 3" to 4". With all the lift kits out today, I'm unsure on what to get. I do mostly street driving, but getting bit by the offroad bug. Does anyone have suggestions on a good, economic kit? Thanks

I would go with 2 or 2.5 inches of lift from Rubicon express or Tera Flex. This will allow you to fit 35 if you really wanted. If your mostly street driving then you proably won't need any more. I Have the teraflex lift with new springs, new shocks, and inch body lift and it just about perfect, only needs 35's now.
07 JK 2 DR Rubicon, RTI Score 673, 32's TereFlex 2.5 lift with shocks ,1 inch M.O.R.E Body Lift, Custom Bumper By Fred and Dave, and Raingler nets & grips , CB CH 4

With out soldier sacrifice America would not be here today. Soldier on Hooah!!!

RE has been having problems with thier bushing in the TJ lifts, not sure if the JK lifts are being effected by this or not. But I would streer clear of RE. I have 3 different friends tear up control arm bushings in less then 1k miles one set was even fell apart just after one trail run. The tera lifts seem nice also take a look at the RockKrawer stuff.

Thanks for the info. The stock rims are 17"(which I plan to keep), will that cause a problem with the 35s or should I go with 33s on a 2.5" to 3" lift?

Not a problem but plan on wheel spacers... recommended when installing the Tera Flex 2.5 lift... I just got my Spider Trax spacers today. My lift will go on in the near future, then up to 35s when my 32's wear out...
