We can take care of it for. I can't give you an estimate on price though since I don't know how much time and/or material we'll have into it.

i know i can bring it to you guys and it will be done right but i dont have that kinda cash right now laying around do spend on wiring
It would be kind of hard to help you with this problem over the net as there are so many things to hook up. All I can suggest is to make sure the major components are all wired. I.E. starter, ignition system (coil, plugs, computer, ignition switch). Is it fuel injected, electric fuel pump?
I'm Mike, make sure you spell it right, because I do not want to get the wrong A$$hole in trouble.
If you do not have time to do it right the first time, how do you have time do do it over?

The 258 (4.2) if stock, will be carberated and have a mechanical fuel pump on the block (passenger side, under the alternator)
Does it turn over?
If not, start there. Check and double check the grounds!
If it turns over, is there spark?
(check your other post for the 'Nutter Bypass link)
Is it getting fuel?
It is hard to diagnose/help over the netWish I was closer to ya.
I'll try and see if I still have a wiring schematic for the 4.2, you should also pick up a Chiltons or Haynes manual for your Jeep (either CJ or YJ) it will have the basic wiring diagrams it, they run around 15-20 bucks at most auto parts stores.
