The speedo gear is going to be dependent on your tire size and the gearing in your diffs.
I believe quadratec has them.... they've probably got a chart that shows what gear you'd need depending on tire size and gear ratio.
This is assuming that you don't have a rubicon model. If you do have a rubicon model, you'd have to either get something like a truspeed or a programmer that allows you to adjust that setting. It can also be done at a dealership.

Here is a chart to help you out. I'm assuming you have 3:73 gears in your Heep. Jeff is right Quadratec.com and 4wd.com or even the stealership have them. Not sure of any dealerships where you are at though. They should be under 20 bucks.

    Hey Marinedawg,
Not $20.00 anymore. Ever since Mopar discovered they are the only ones making them anymore, the prices have jumped to $74.00.

If you don't know what your gears are, you probably need to find out.
If you have a 4 banger, you'll have 4.10 gears.
If you have a I6 you could have 3.07 or 3.73.

You can look for a metal tag on your diff housing, there should be a 3 digit number stamped on it somewhere.

Holy hell man. I need a new one too since I changed gears. The last one I bought a couple years ago was 20 bucks.

Check ebay or google it, you could still find some for under $30.00. Just look around. I forgot where I bought mine, but I bought it just a few months ago. 39 tooth!
