Some time's it just happens that way. Usually when one is going, the other isn't that far behind.
Dealer will probably end up charging somewhere near $250. If she's doing it, or having someone else do it, now would be a good time to get a set of poly outer seals to help keep the mud and gunk out of the tubes and prolong the life of the new inner seals.
Make sure to have the axle bearings checked. If they are getting worn that could cause extra play and prematurely wear out the new seals.
looks like the oil pan gasket (or front main) is leaking too.
