    Default Any suggestions on how to hook up onboard air?

    Hello every body I'm gonzo I'm new to MJ and looking forward to hearng what you all think. I recently bought a 92 yj that has an air compressor under the hood but it's not hooked up. I have no idea where to start. Any body got any ideas?

    Just funnin' with ya! I had a good write up on OBA using the A/C compressor, but can't find it since my laptop crashed

    There's lots of info out there. Do you have a regular compressor? Or using the A/C pump?

    The A/C pump works great, just make sure there's an oiler for it.

    Same for some Yorks, some need an oiler, some have an oil 'crankcase'.

    Also... if you can show what wires or hoses are coming off of it, that'll be helpful as well.

    Yeah I tried to do some pics but they are on my phone I'll get then up when I get my computer out. I need the hoses and things.

    Good timing on this question, a friend just e-mailed me this link today. It looks like a very thorough thread and he even shows mods that he made to the original over time. He did the build for about $150
