How you you guys keep the dogs in the Jeep? There was a video a while back of some couple rolling their jeep down an incline and the poor dog got faqued. I I'm working on something for the CJ, I'll show ya when it's done.

I used to bring my Boxer to trai rides, but she didnt like it too much. I had a contraption to click it to the front seatbelt, so she was straped down most of the time... Maybe why she didnt like it....
I don't bring my dog with me to places where I feel there's a good chance of the jeep flopping. So no RC or Crozet with the dog. I'll bring her out to GWNF every time I go though. They make harness systems for dogs that you can attach to a seat belt. These will keep the dog from jumping out, but there's no guarantee it will save your dog in the event of a roll over.
You can also do the netting all the way around, but that'll cost a small fortune and their legs could still get out of the netting and get injured during a roll over.
I would get a couple of harnesses, put a good grade 8 bolt through the center of the rear tub that you can attach some heavy duty chord to. Measure the chord out so it's just long enough to allow the dogs to move around, but keeps their body parts inside the tub. Hook the chord to the tub and to the harness.

or drive carefully. ive seen guys on runs with us with little puppies and big dogs that do fine. the dangerous part is the dog getting run over if you're out spotting someone

we bring ours time to time, but likr you said, no where that roll over is pending. Ours, a lab and a retriever love to go. They dont like the very bumpy ones still they do well. They listen very good and you dont have to tell them twice to get in, they are nore than happy to go.
My jeep is open (no netting) so if we did roll they will fly, so we take it easy with them.
i dont have a dog but i would think that getting some raigler netting and then use one of those dog runners that you use in the backyard, hooked up between the roll bars would work....
