Default Possible rubbing when I turn left??

Maybe my paranoia has got the best of me. Since installing all the new stuff, I have been very good about listening for noises and trying to see if something does not feel right.

Well, we put the 4.5 inch Rubicon Express lift on and then brought it to the dealer where they hooked it up to the machine and did the alignment. While there, I also had a drop pitman arm installed (before the alignment).

The jeep drove great, no death wobblem steering was staright, everything was good except for some clicking noises coming from underneath when I drove it home from the dealer friday night.

Saturday I went to the auto shop on Belvoir and after a lot of looking found that the front passenger side upper control arm was not tightened, so I tightened it and the cicking stopped.

Sunday we hit the trail at GWNF and I am pretty sure I did not feel any possible rubbing on the way t GWNF or while at GWNF. I aired down my tires about 10 pounds just to give a little smoother ride for the kid.

While we were at GWNF there was a mud / water pit we played in a little. I went through, then turned around and went through again. It was a tight tirn to turn around again and I guess when I pulled forward I must have dropped the front end into a small washout that was filled with water. The front bumper hit the ground on the other side of the washout.

When we left GWNF I aired back up and when I turned left it felt like there was some kind of rubbing, kind of that feeling you would get if your right front tire was low on air. I checked and the tire does not have any spots on it that appear to have been rubbing against anything.

I may be going crazy, but I cannot see anything that is obviously bent or twisted. I just thought that someone may be able to throw out some suggestions of things I could look at.

Everytime I play in mud, it takes me a week to get rid of the sounds, wobbles and vibes. Its usually always mud that is stuck somewhere.

Exactly. You've seen my Jeep after josh and I play in the mud, and it just takes a minute. Does the "rubbing" only occur when you are turned full left? I would like to look just to see if I can point out what it is.

I definitely wanna see though. I used to have rubbing when I turned all the way to the right. Left was fine, but going right was always funny. Check your sway bar on the right side. If there is fresh metal exposed, then it's rubbing there.

I've heard of the sway bar rubbing too, I know that hole yer talking about, it was the first time my Jeep got her engine compartment "fanblade-spray painted" mud brown.
