    Default Tach wiring issue

I have a newer tach that I got in a trade, Crown I think. I'm trying to hook it up to the HEI on my CJ. I don't have the wiring diagram for it. It has black, red, white and green wires. I have been unable to find a diagram for it online. Any suggestions?

type in autometer tach wiring in google for the diagram. red/blk 12 v. Then the white should go to ground and the green to the neg side of the coil

Done that way, still not working. I'm going to try to ground it better. Thanks for the help!
