Most belly ups recommend or require a 1" body lift, do the prices quoted include those?

Exactly right. A good belly up install also requires adjustable upper rear control arms, and maybe a CV driveshaft. A 1" motor mount lift is the best way to keep all the powertrain angles correct and not require a bracket for the shifter or relocate the fan shroud.

Tera flex is better than stock but if I was looking to do a belly up today Id go with the Rockmen belly up/engine skid combo. Nth is awesome and gives the most clearance but requires an engine mounted engine skid. You lose a little clearance but I think the coverage and mounting on the Rockmen engine skid are better, and the way it mounts to the belly up provides one flat surface to drag over rocks.
05 LJ Unlimited Rubicon. RE 3.5" short arm lift. 1" body and motor mount lift. 35" BFG M/T KMII's. 5.13 gears. Skid row and Jeep Medic belly up skid plates. Rokmen and Jeeperman bumpers. PSC rockers and full corners. Line X'd interior. Warn 9.5ti. Dual batteries. Dual tops. Snorkel. Full and half doors.

I've got the rokmen engine and belly skids. Great choice in my opinion.

Yeah, I saw your post. He has RE 4.5 Superflex, which has all adj control arms. If he has CV driveshaft and MML he is good to go. If he is running a transfer case drop, going to a belly up will cause problems.
