looks good. I keep mine like that but with bungie cords lol
I spoke recently to Hatch @ Safari Straps and Ken @ River Raider and asked them if the high lift jack kit works with my 1" straps.
Shoulder's shrugged - but we were all optimistic that it could be done. At the Big Bear run we saw a Rescue Green unlimited that had gotten the two products to work together using the traditional bolt up spots Ken discusses - but I wanted something different.
Ken then says that there are the exact same untapped holes at the top of the cage before the horizontal plane - sounded great to me!
I personally like it up there much better than the lower spot - keeps access to the rear tub easier and I can keep the straps nice and tight. I've got all 4 holes tapped still though so if I ever want to relocate the jack for whatever reason I can do so easily with either a 19mm wrench or an "infinitely adjustable" wrench.

does it interfere with the top on?

1998 TJ, traded
2009 JK Rubicon Unlimited
I'm curious as to how much (if at all) either position interferes with the top.
Looks awesome.
