    Default Rocking Jeep

Ever since I put my lift on last year (RE 3.5, shocks, springs, 33's) my jeep rocks back a forth when I stop. The ride is harsher than I think it should be, but this rocking is making me crazy. Any ideas?

is it rocking front to rear or side to side and what kind of sway bar do you have if it is after market then your going to have more sway because thats the way it is designed, but if your rocking front to rear i dunno somthing ain't right check your control arms and tighten any bolts that might be loose

Same question..... Side to side or front to back.

Side to side = check your front and rear track bars.
front to rear = loose control arms / worn out shocks

Front to rear. Control arms are tight, shocks are new. Would shock that are too small do this? I feel like I have more spring than shock, but if that were the case, I wouldnt think the road ride would be so harsh. I'm at a loss. I guess its time to throw some money at it

Too big would be too much spring I would think. On a scale of 1-10 - 1 being so minute that you have to ride for 10 miles in dc traffic to notice, 10 being so scared that you're going to roll- how bad is it?

Its not bad, I just feel it rocking front to back when I stop. Thats the only time I feel it. I come to a stop sign and it rocks a little.

It only aggravates me, cause I know it shouldnt do it. I'm going to look at the s/n's on the springs to see if they sent me the right ones for the lift.

my quote is a little more colorful, but you're pretty close josh. I'm loving that scale. That should be the site scale for when people post problems.
