As far as I know, the only way to get tinted ones are the ones that are made with the tint properties added to the vinyl during the initial manufacturing process. Interested to see if you find anything different.
Does anyone know of a way to tint soft top windows without simply replacing them?

I would think that the only way to do so would be with the static cling type tinting. I was looking at tints at home depot in the windows section for people that want to tint a glass door or window and the prices looked like they would be better than buying the stuff marketed for the automobile windows. I think there was about 8 feet or more in a roll. You would have to check, but for the few bucks it would cost to try it you may find that it works.
Spray paint?
I doubt the static cling stuff would last past the first time you try to take the windows off. I would wait for one of the sales and buy the Bestop tinted windows that will fit your top.
not sure if it's still around, there used to be a spray on tint for windows. Dont think it worked very well but that was 20 years ago.
Caswell plating has the Spray window tint part # SP-171 check here I started to try the static cling on mine but came across a California top for $300.
There are couple of spray on paints for tinting, Testors makes one and I believe duplicolor. I don't see these working so well being as the windows will flex and the paint won't. Probably the same issue with the window tint film.
look through them normaly.... then put on sunglasses. sorry i just cant resist being a smartass sometimes, but i think harley is right it has to be added to the vinyl when its made. anything you can buy will prolly look like shit when your done.
