    Default 2inch BB?

So I was lookin for a set of replacement shocks anyways and ran across this: http://www.quadratec.com/products/16300_400.htm
Worth it? Anyone have any experience with these shocks? Any help would be awesome thanks.

I've heard the twin tube shocks are really harsh. If you're going for a small lift, Ive heard nothing but good stuff about Rough Country's new 2.5" lift. Here's a link to the page:

    http://www.roughcountry.com/jeep_tj_2.html

I dont know about on here, but if you're on jeepforum, there's a discount.

Honestly wasnt lookin for a lift, but more of 4 replacement shocks relatively cheap..that dont ride like crap...then about if i got 4 new crappy shocks id prolly feel like i was in heaven..right now im runnin 2 gas-o-matics on the front and 1 ranch on the rear rofl..yes i know..thats 3 shocks.
At this point harsh would be the jeep ejecting me thru the door.. because right now when i hit speed bumps at like 2mph..i exit my seat...so yea in dire need id say.

LOL I feel ya. In that case, just get 4 Skyjacker Hydros. I heard those roll like a caddy! $37 each is a damn good price too!

Those shocks are a bit rough. I think they have the kit with the monotubes as well.. much better option.
I'd look at either the rancho 9000xl's, old man emu, r.e. monotubes..
If you get cheap shocks, your ride will suffer.

better to do it right once, then have to go back and change them out a few thousand miles down the road because you still don't like the ride.

Ok, so you have a lift already and all you need are shocks. Quadratec has a shock advisor section. Looking at your profile and posts you have a 97 and approximately 4 inches of lift. With that in Quadratec's page you get the following link. Also, if you fax Quadratec a copy of your ID (front side ONLY!) they will give you a 5% military discount.

Yes, the RE's do ride very stiff. I have them on my YJ and the wife's TJ. The LJ will probable get something a little more cushy, like the Skyjackers. $37 + shipping + 5% military discount. Good deal and decent shocks.
