Default TJ bumper fabbed for JK?

My friend has a stinger for sale for 150 but its for a TJ. Anyone know if I could fab that to work? Well.. you can fab ANYTHING, but how tough?

If nothing else, does anyone want a stinger in the San Antonio/Austin/Hood area?

He wants 150 for it, but if anyone outside of SA wants it, I can deliver... Dont mind helping a fellow brother/sister out

I guess how difficult depends on if you can weld and have access to a welder....

What is the difference in width going from a TJ to a JK frame? I believe the JK bumper will be wider out side to out side as I was parked nose to nose to a JK and it looked wider then my TJ. I like the JK bumpers and am looking at putting a JK on my TJ because of the runniing lights and the way they kick up on the ends as I have high line flat fenders.

I fabbed a mount for a TJ bumper for my CJ. It was pretty easy. Formed up some C-channel and closed it in like a box lid. Then drilled holes for the bumper in the channel, welded and bolted it up. Took about 3 hours start to finish. I tried to add a picture but it wont load. Its in my pics in my profile. Check it out.
