Ouch!!!
That sucks! Everyone involved OK? (I mean, besides the Jeep)
As long as the people remain armed,
government knows that it cannot rule over the people by force.
Those who stand in defiance of unconstitutional laws
do so out of duty, honor, oath and love of country.
"Certified Jeep Junky!"
A good polish and buffer should take care of that.![]()
Damn dude. Hopefully you are good to go.
This is my new ride......yea I know not a jeep. I went with this for several reasons. My insurance paid of my jeep and cut me a check for 9k for all the extras that were on it. As sad as I was I tried to look at it all as good. I get to start over and go bigger and I now have a tow rig so I can tow my next jeep to trails far away without worrying about breaking. So I will now be able to go balls to the wall. Also I learned a lot about what's a waste of money upgrade and what really matters for having a strong go anywhere rig.
My plans are to start with a wreck LJ and build a stroked 4.7 super charged. Atlas with klune v. 4 link front and rear with front and rear hydro steer on either duce and a halfs or full width built steering 14 bolts or 60's. 54 boggers if I go with duces or 47 ltb's if 14's or 60's. Custom cage, tube fenders and comp cut, linexed tub, front and rear winch, water proof radio and speakers and of course double bead locks. I hope to start this build during late spring. As long as money allows it should go fast because I am back at home and have the full use of my dads auto motive garage and not to mention his help and knowledge. Any ideas or input on drive train would be a great help.

good man. glad to see you sticking with jeeps. would hate to retire your screen name
seriously though, please start a build thread so we can track the beast you build.
Yea got lucky about another foot and it would have been a diff story. I was sore as heck for about a week but other than that just heart broken. My wife said she was glad though.....she was tired of being second to the jeep....lol the jeep was trashed though. Every bracket and mount and control arm was bent or broke. I found it on daveys jeeps already sold so I feel bad for whoever bought it they got a lot of work ahead of um..lol
