    Default tire clearance

I am thinking of putting 30x9.5x15 on my 97 ZJ. I do not have any lift what so ever and was wondering if they would clear. I was going to do a 2" BB and run 31x10.5x15 but am not able to use the lift off road so why pay for it.

Question of the day is will 30x9.5x15 clear on a stock 97 ZJ.

Mine did...Just borrow a set from a friend if you can find some and try it out. Some shops will let you carry a tire out to check. It should fit without issue, but there are always those little exceptions. Crawler ready has blem spacers for cheap as hell (40 bucks a set) if you want to go that route...

Get an inexpensive 2" spacer lift for a TJ and it will go right on.

    .
Why can't you use the lift off road???????
I'm Mike, make sure you spell it right, because I do not want to get the wrong A$$hole in trouble.

If you do not have time to do it right the first time, how do you have time do do it over?

I'm don't time to go off road, not that I can't do it just that I wouldn't go much

    Thanks for all the help.

I am going with a 2.25" BB with lower shock relocaters for a TJ to raise my air shock up to allow for the lift. I think it will raise them up about 1.25 to 1.5". if any one knows please tell me the amount of difference it will make. I know the brackets are made for a TJ but should work
