    Default Rocky Road Outfitters

    crap parts, crap customer service.

if your lucky enough to even get your parts. There are tons of guys on JF that waited months for the parts to ship/show and they never did till the CC or the BBB got involved.

short story stay away from them. I learned the hard way with my first lift.

Could you elaborate on the quality of parts, service, etc? Why are they inferior? It would be nice to know more than they just suck.

I used them with my first lift. The service was, as stated, horrible. On the other hand, the bar pin eliminators (shock extensions) were beefy as hell. The budget boost pucks were also just fine.

I'll never use them again because of the completely inferior customer service, but the products I used were actually very well made.

The products, atleast for the WJ are substandard. the bushings on my control arms looked circa 1940 they where so chewed up after just over 5000 miles. Much of the bracketry was not straight and the wholes had to be elongated to fit. They claimed i could run tire size x, which i did on stock wheels as claimed by the lift kit. and my tires rubbed the hell out of the lower control arms, which tye claimed it wouldn't. also the lower control arms are the wrong length for proper pinion/ steering angles.

all in all poorly thought out. I put twice the cost of the lift trying to solve the issues it created.

Seems they have issues with quality control

I ordered a tire carrier wheel spacer from them, one of the 3 studs was welded on over 30 degrees crooked, took them 2 weeks to get me the return label and box, and 4 more weeks to refund my money once they had taken possession of the product again

a fellow KJ'er ordered their UCA's, which were grossly crooked, their initiative on that particular product was great.. their execution, lacked
