    Default Moab this April

Who all is heading to Moab this year?

I know Liquor (screen name, but I will bring my own beer) will be there during the Easter Jeep Safari.

I'm heading there with my local club, just after EJS. Leaving here April 2nd, and arriving in Moab around noon on April 4th.

Will be there through that Friday. We're camping at the Gold Bar BLM campground, about 15 miles from the town of Moab.

It'd be cool to run across some other MJers there!

Not yet, but we've been talking about it over in the Rocky Mountain section.

Yep, I'll be there. mostly for sponsors and the vendor show the 1st and 2nd. I don't plan on wheeling eveyrday, vegas isn't far and I'll be heading there for a day or 2 to visit buddies.

I'll be there from the 26th through the 4th. could stay longer.

I'd be interested but a couple things come to mind.

    Cost:
    Tow Rig
    Tow Trailer
    Gas
    Lodging
    Food

I don't think it would be smart to drive the Jeep across country, plus if it breaks, I'm stuck there without a way home. Extra parts may also be a problem as who knows how much or how little of parts one should bring.

If anyone has ever done this trip before, fill us in on the details on how you did the trip from start to finish.
NOTE: I DO NOT ENDORSE MOUNTAIN VALLEY CUSTOMS (MVC) FOR ANY 4x4 MODIFICATIONS - PM ME IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS WHY!

(To those who wonder, I am NOT the club founder, this has been my screen name for over 10 yrs on all other forums and ironically this site is called "Military Jeepers"......contact miljeep for forum related questions)

I had a change of plans, I'll be driving the CJ out, instead of the XJ.

Should hit town around noon Sunday the 4th. I'll keep an eye out for ya!
    (Hard to miss your rig!)

We'll be on CB channel 4.

Easy to spot my rig too!
