    Default JK Showers?

Been raining here a bunch in Fort Bragg,,,so as I run to my Jeep to go home, I open my door and all the water that had built up above my door pours into the Jeep. Now I had a TJ before and am ok with a bit of water running down the glass or some getting on the floor next to the seat,,,,,but this was a straight shot straight down into my seat,,,,,am I crazy in assuming that somebody forgot to intall some kind of rain sill above the door? Anybody else have this problem and any ideas how to fix?

traded in an 06 TJ for this one,,LOL,,loved that one but I had used that on to learn a bunch of stuff about wheeling and it was paying a heavy toll..ie: water up to your nipples without a snorkel and a two inch lift with 33's and it still ran (lots of white smoke) ect ect,,,when I get back from this next deployment I am gonna take ashot at building a strictly offroad ride

I was just messing with you. Im not a JK hater.

If they would put a good diesel or Hemi in em they would be perfect!

Sorry to hijack your thread. Anybody know about the top water problem?

Very common issue. My soft top does not leak save for the rear windows.

    My suggestion:

I think they designed it to just remind you that you're driving a Jeep. I'm pretty sure than when the were testing the JK's they never took it out in the rain or took it through a car wash.

Jeepinsoldier- They do make a heim kit for the JK, but as far as I know it's an after market only thing right now.

It might only be the soft top JK's that rain. I have the freedom top, and haven't had that problem in rain, snow, or car wash.
