break it and get it replaced by a different company?
Try cleaning it really well... there could be some oil or grease left on it from the shop when they installed it.
Alright I know this is a pretty basic thing but I got my windshield replaced and now I get the nastiest glare at night from traffic. Does anyone have a fix for this? I have read that if you use Rain-X it helps.

Rain-x might help. Could also try a degreaser and use newspaper to wipe the glass.
Vinegar and newspaper!
