Do you already have the replacement glass? If it was me, I would take it to a glass place and let them install it, that way if it breaks it is on them.
What is the easiest way to replace the front window glass with out breaking it? Never done it but am in need of doing so before I start my trek back to MN in my new CJ. Any advice is much welcomed, thanks in advance.

I'm Mike, make sure you spell it right, because I do not want to get the wrong A$$hole in trouble.
If you do not have time to do it right the first time, how do you have time do do it over?

I got mine done for $168 (that's glass + installation!)
If you have the glass, it helps to have a spare set of hands.
Get a good cord, like parachute cord, or curtain rod cord, about 1/8" in diameter. (that won't stretch, and won't brake)
Install the gasket onto the glass first.
Lay the glass on the hood, face down.
Wrap the cord around the groove that fits into the frame, with the two ends meeting at the bottom, center.
Tip the windshield into the frame, starting at the bottom.
While your assistant keeps the glass from falling out,
Start pulling on the cords. The cord will fold the rubber up and over the lip of the frame, seating the windshield.
That's how the guy installing mine did it.
The top corners are the hardest part, that's where it'll break if it's going to.
I did get a discount, ($20) becuase I had the top, doors, wipers and mirrors all off before hand.
Really only need the wipers off, but I had all morning to kill waiting for him. (and I didn't even own a top and doors at the time!)

Problem solved, bought glass and a frame, now if the bolts will come out "easy"

I would recommend staying with factory hinges. I used the fancy SS aftermarket ones, and they are looser than stock. Meaning a sloppy windshield, and bad leaks at the seal.
The lower hinge nuts are accessible from under the dash, where as the the top ones, are like 'nutserts' inside the window frame.
I would suggest trying to spray the lower nuts, and getting a wrench on them, breaking them loose from the inside.
Also get a good torx socket, and clean the paint/gunk out of the bolts prior to using the Torx.
Hammering the torx socket in so it's seatted really well will help also.
They are a pain!
