    OK so lets plan the Dinner Menu for Sat night of Camp MJ Pot Luck Dinner:

    Remember Breakfast and Lunch are on your own unless some want to share.

    Man, That bacon thingy looks good.....Easy to make as well.

    Now I wish we have time for this, But I doubt it.
    It takes about 8 hours to cook

    Put it on either the night before and let it cook all night (we can take fire watch duty to watch it cook) or put it on the morning of the trail ride and let it cook all day. (we can have someone come in every hour or so to check on it)

    Just put some bbq coals in your floor board and out a cast iron dutch oven on them. with your drive they'll be done when you get here!! j/k

    at NTC we did this in the HMMWV's worked great
