Sounds better than what I was able to find online during my rim/tire search. Being that my YJ was lifted with a 3.5 inch kit from BDS with 1" lift shackles I know for a fact that you will have plenty of room for the 32's. i never rubbed once in the mountains of NC. That is until we rolled down the side of a mountain.

I don't think it is really that great of a deal, as the ProComp tire is really not that great of a tire. The rubber compound they use is softer than average, which isn't entirely bad as it does tend to be more "grippy" on smooth surfaces. However, this softness also means the tire is going to wear faster than others. Procomp tires are also only 3ply, as compaired to the Maxxis Bighorn which is an 6 ply tire at 32"... 4 for $573.00 delievered. You'd still have to get wheels, mounted and balancing.... however wheels are cheap off craigslist or ebay as well.

Agreed, but my only reservation with a 6-ply tire on a dual purpose rig (DD and trails) is that the 6 ply will generally not flex nearly as well. Yes, the sidewalls are stronger, but it is a tradeoff...as is the softer compound...better in rain and on rocks but faster wearing than say a Dunlop, which has a nice slow-wearing compound, but might be a little "slicker" offroad and in the rain as a general rule. Bottom line is that we all have to go with sneakers that we are happy with for our own rigs.
