    Default El paso

Still looking for every one in the area to join the social group so that we have a better ability to reach each other, yes this includes the almogorado area and las cruces area as well.

So if you think that you are in a position to drive to el paso in less than a few hours then you should join the group, that way we can maybe set up a fort bliss chapter of mil jeepers...

those fort hood guys don't need all the love for the texas mil jeepers

    Default just a thought...

Have you gotten on with the OL'Skool guys? Mostly current or former military. Also, hit the Auto crafts shop and talk to Chris (and his sick little Sammi!). Thats a good place to meet new wheelers too. Beats the heck out of the druggie kids at red sands just wreckin' their junk. Just my thoughts..good luck!

oh yea that would definately be better, but there are a few of us on here that are in the area, and actually if you head out to red sands early or even into the afternoon and you simply head back into the area then the trails get nice and there really is not much of a crowd at all.

Last weekend when we were there we only saw one other person out where we went.

But yea if you stay in the open area when you first come in there then ther eis nothing but dunes and crap in the sand from the highschoolers that just leave there crap where ever they want.

If you haven't been out there for a little while then you should give it another shot and just head back towards the mountains. From what I have seen most of the people (even with nice rigs) don't really leave the main area for some reason. Maybe in a couple weeks I will be making another run out there, possibly next monday during the four day and you would be more than welcome to come.
