Came across this. Great deal for a newbee or shady tree mechanic.

Yep, and I've been looking for just that thing too. Also found a $5 off coupon online. Cost me a little over $92 with tax, not bad at all.

just thought I would pass it along...I have a good trail/junkyard box and just need some mm sockets to have complete second set for garage. I couldnt pull the trigger cause all extras would be back ups to back ups to back ups in sae. I foolishly spent too much for hansen socket organizers and later found them for half the price online somewhere. I brought in a broken 3/8 ratchet and scored a stubby ratchet for replacement.. Sears hardware by me is great on replacements. Never any problems and I had brought in a bunch of my grandfathers tools that could have been 50 years old...no problems.

not to hijack the thread but when i went to buy the tool set my wife said she was going to get it for my birthday but wanted to get me a tool storeage chest for the garage and i found this i double checked it with my local sears and its good. i figured up the total price of the tool chest and tools in their catalog and it came to just under 1k but with this sale you get it for 300 bucks

i used to work for sears and honestly you'd be better off just buying the 260pc set. the box on that is junk and you tools don't stay organized. not to mention you get less duplication in the 260 than the 204. and its only like 60 bux more.

The only tools from sears i regret buying is their pliers, and their drive extensions. Their sockets and wrenches are great, though getting my local sears store to honor the warranty is a hassle. I may be spoiled by the convenience of snap on though.
