    Default ARB lockers

What would create the situation of a air locker engaging but not disengaging. checked over again all seems to be in order even pulled air line to check for stored energy. any ideas that hopefully dosn't involve pulling the damn thing out?

not sure but probably an o-ring or the actuator is stuck. Has it been water logged at all. Bryan's ruby locker went bad because of water and grit.
