    Does anyone know who makes these fender flares and/or where to get them?

    I don't see any 'flares'

    Is that some kind of armor/sheetmetal reinforcement?

    Looks cool, gives it a clean look.

    Looks like the oem flare shaved off and they just left the stock inner flare vertical pieces.

    True, but it's covered with a steel/aluminum plate that cleans up all the holes that would be left by just removing the plastic flares.

    It's something fab'd. I've seen at least two other jeeps with these on (only in pics).

    They almost look like the Metalcloak removable tube fenders. Those slots are where the tube fenders mount too. Not sure but they could be.
