well i got the d300 rebuilt and installed installed on the short drive i took around the parking lot in made less noise than the np231 lol and i got like 4" more rear ds on to building the flat skid and streching the rear here are some pics

rebulding the d300 the flip kit and the front axle ready for welding

sorryh for the lack of pics on the 300 rebuild i just flew through it and did it to bad the pretty red piant did not make it through the install it is all scatched up it would not corroperate but it is clocked up flat and i have tons of room for the flat belly skid

Default so i am finally going to update this

well her is how it sits as of a week ago i still have to dial in the suspension and get larger tires

but the over all specs as of now is
    99" wheel base
engine: stock 4.0 (working on a stroker v-8's are over rated)
trans: ax-15 out of an 1994 xj (helps with the t-case clocking and has the external slave)
    t-case: dana 300 (flipped needs a 4-1)
front axle: lp d44 3.31 gears (soon to be 5.13) chevy flat top outers and a 6x6.5 bolt pattern
rear axle: lp d44 semi float 3.31 gears and needs regeared
drive shafts: front will be a homebrew square tube and the rear is from H.A.D.
springs: front are 7 pack waggy leaves with the bottom 2 leaves removed and the rear are stock 1984 toyota pickup springs with 2 yj mains added per side as aal's
shocks: are the BBCS shocks from Poly Preformance 15" travel shocks in the front and 11" travel shocks on the rear
skid plate: is the Ultra High Clearance skid from Under cover fab
Steering: i got a high steer set up from parts mike and made the links out of 1.5x.25 dom
home made ladder bar style anti wrap bar and i made all the mounts for every thing
and i added a tire carrier i picked up for a $100 from a friend

future mods that will be done with right along with the swap are going to be i am adding hydro boost and going to be lowering my jeep about 2" or 3" if i can make it happen w/o to much hassle

    so here are some pics

pics will be added later my computer is being gay
