    Default lift stuff

Just wanted some input on my lift I'm doing for my 02 TJ.

Already have: 98 Crown Vic springs (rear)
    JKS Quicker Disconnects
    JKS Adjustable Rear Trac Bar
    JKS Adjustable Front Trac Bar
    transfer case drop

Fathers Day: 96 Grand Cherokee springs (front)
    Black Diamond AT shocks
    cb and accessories

My big question would probably be the shocks. Any input from y'all would be great. Thanks in advance.

I am running the skyjacker nitros on all four corners. Love them. They are about 35 a piece, so if I need to replace one, not too worried about it. Ride quality is surprisingly good for a cheaper shock. When (if) I lift the TJ some more, I might pony up the dough for some bilsteins. But the skyjackers a great for the money.

Hard to beat Bilstien for quality, performance and maximum compression and extension. Unless you are racing, not sure there is an advantage to reservoir style shocks, but they seem to be the thing to have lately

    Default opinions...

Shocks really are dependant on what kind of and how much driving you do on and off road.
I've usually stayed with a Hydro shock for my big old Full Size Cherokees and Wagoneers.
I've tried the same and various gas charged ones on my baby jeeps. But for me...and I don't imply this is for eveyone, I run RS9000s on my lil ones. Why? Because I like that I can tune them up or down (soft or firm) depending on what I am up to. Since I have less weight on the YJ or the Jeepster or even the Scrambler...and they all do road duty and trails...I use it.
Are they expensive...yeah, unfortunatly. Are they the end all/do all and cat's meow...nah. But I've always been satisfied.
That being said...everyother Rancho product I have ever tried has sucked! RS5ks....junk. Springs..more junk. Most of Ranchos stuff seems like it is China knock off with a fancy label. It may be?
But I know what has worked for me...
Oh, and the little gadgety in cab controller? PASS! Seriously...I'm gonna be out airing up or down my tires anyway...I can't just turn the knob?
