Don't know about Quantico, but Ft Bragg (and most other Army bases, anyway...) have vehicle trailers you can rent by the day for pretty cheap. My buddy paid about $75 to get one for a whole weekend awhile back...

If your ok with a two wheel dolly, $40 bucks at Uhaul for a day. $70 for a weekend.
Think the car trailers are about twice that. I know there trailers were good enough to haul Korius's TJ on 36's. Just need your own oversize straps/chains for it.
