I have been shown a pretty cool and free trick. When using the driving lights along with your headlights, when you put the high beams on it shuts off the driving lights. My '97 TJ has 2 relays behind the glove box, if you pull out the right one and cut one of the tabs off (dont recall which one, bend it over before you snip it) you can then run your high beams and the driving lights at the same time. The newer TJ's have the relay under the hood.
