    Default thermostat

Installing a 5.2 in my yj. I am concerned with cooling since my warn 8274 blocks some flow. Will adding a 160*thermostat help keep it cooler since stock is 195*. I have read it might prematurley send colllant through radiator and hinder cooling. Any truth to that? Or can I just install the 160* stat?

negative, run the recommended 189 or what ever it is. running too cool of a tstat can cause the motor to run too cool and cause incomplete combustion or not let it run right.
