    Default Front Drive Line Issues

I just rebuilt my front drive shaft to fix the "angry sparrows" issue I had. After fixing that problem I have a whole new mess to deal with.

    1. Drive shaft is most likely out of balance... should I just try to turn it 180 degrees at each point it connect to the T-Case and Differential? I am getting a lot of vibration at 40MPH and higher.

    2. I am getting a loud clicking sound coming from the front end, and picks up speed as I pick up speed. It wasn't there when I was driving around with the front drive shaft removed. Would this be a result of being out of balance or does it sound like a gear issue in the differential?

The centering ball joint is shot if it was squeaking and needs to be replaced. I would start with that. I would also double check to make sure all your u joints are properly seated.
