1997 Jeep TJ clutch noise

I just replaced the clutch on my TJ. It was fine for a while now it makes a strange noise, seemd kind of like a grinding noise. I can feel it in the clutch pedal as well, but it goes away when the clutch is pushed in. Anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks

If you replaced the clutch disc. Remember that the clutch disc only goes one way.
If you look at the disc sideways you will see the springs pop out a bit, That side goes toward the
trans. Also did you change the trow-out bearing? Did you check the pilot bushing in
the flywheel?
