    Default Jeep parts for Christmas

    Well, This somewhat belongs in the Jeep discussion thread, so here goes it.

    That time is right around the corner, Christmas. The one holiday that makes us more broke than we already are. The good thing about it is, you get some toys in return. My folks and sibilings always ask what I want, and I have gotten in the habit of simply giving them Jeep catalogs with things circled. I don't include crazy priced items, like lockers, tires, ect. I usually keep it below $50, maybe with the occassional $75-100 just in case my parents get frisky,..(they haven't yet) LOL

    The problem is, since owning my latest Jeep,...I have just bought everything I pretty much wanted..except the really expensive things.

    So, if you could make you Christmas Jeep wish list, what would you put on it? Lets put a $100 cap on this. Think of all the little interior mods and junk like that,...I need some ideas here...

    haha Thanks guys

    An air compressor. Hopefully one under 100 bucks can fill 33's in less than an hour. If it's over 100 bucks, I need a winch. bad.

    I would like a few 12 volt fans to stick in the back for the kids when it gets really hot wheeling in the summer.

    Why not have everyone in that group pool their money and buy you one big thing that you want?

    Haha,..That's a good idea,..but I currently have sitting in boxes;
    4 inch Teraflex lift w/control arms and shocks
    5.13 gears for the rear
    JKS QD's
    Dynatrac Prorock 44 geared and locked
    and some other parts in transit,..

    So I've bought a lot of the 'big" stuff I need. Good thinking on the compressor! I'm going to through that on the list,..and maybe put a hi-lift (well, the knock off brand) on there. I was thinking gauges too,..but I don't know if i trust my parents to order the exact ones I need,...sounds like a headache for me later. haha

    I think I could go for my Tuffy vaulted glove box or maybe some interior lighting.

    Gift certificates are the best way to go. The hardest part is getting them to really understand that a handful of small packages or envolopes is really ok! And if they don't all want to get them from the same vendor...have them get them from places you use a lot...like the parts store. If nothing else you will kinda be getting free oil changes or nickel/dime things that cut into the big stuff budget the rest of the year.

    the old lady told me I could spend my re up bonus on the Jeep, we will see how long that lasts. It just happens to come 2 weeks before x-mas, otherwise I would say I want some speakers.
