    Default Rancho Shocks

Well, looks like it's time to rebuild my shocks. I have Rancho RS 9000 X shocks and tried to look on the net a bit for a rebuild kit, but was unable to find any. Anyone know where I can find kits? One of my shocks has started to leak. I need to crawl back under the jeep to make sure, but it looks like it's coming out of the reservoir.

IIRC, the 9000s are not "re-buildable" per-se. Really only the ones with an external res. are considered to be...You may have better luck contacting Rancho direct and see if they can warranty it for you? If you've had them a while you may find cleaning them really well and then taking a pic of the leak to send their CS folks may help your case?? Just my thought...

I sent them a message, and am hoping to get a reply during the work week. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. While Rancho Shocks normally have a lifetime warranty, I'm not the one that bought them. They were on the Jeep when I got it. I hope it works out. I don't feel like throwing $500 out to get new shocks.
