Women are like guns, keep one around long enough and you are going to want to shoot it.

I learned to drive in my dad's 88 or 89 taurus. I still look for a car that drives like that one when I go for a test drive.
And I won't see my Jeep again until spring. I gave her a nice wax job as a way to say goodbye. never actually waxed a car or anything before, but it turned out OK. Lots of pine-tree pinstriping on her, though.
Keep it slow. I can't afford spare parts.
Im sad too... I wont se mine for abot 50 weeks.... Give or take!!!
50 weeks is a long time. No leave at all? or just a different destination in mind?

So is that about the going time for Gov shipping either way? I'm gonna be pushing my window to SP to Germany as is...Build included...Guess I will have to make do.
yeah, mine wasn't broken, but I was fighting six months of entropy while I was home on leave even so. They just don't like sitting up.
I did a couple of minor upgrades while I was home--front shocks, stabilizer. I didn't get around to really taking it out, but it was good to get some grease under my fingernails.
