Here's my 1990 xj I bought non running for $500.00. After spending the weekend wrenching on it I got it up and going..The motor is worn out and leaking oil but Is driveable.The jeep came with a newly installed Rusty's 4.5 lift with a set of 33's..It has a lunchbox locker in the front dana 30 HP.I rattlecanned the paint job and people seem to love it..

Previous owner had someone else installed engine but they didn't finish hooking everything up..The engine runs but has some rod rattle and rear main seal is shot.
I have been thinking about putting a 5.0 mustang engine in it but I will probably just rebuild the 4.0

Found some really clean used seats in a local junkyard for $60.00 to replace the worn out dirty ugly ones..

I picked up a welder. Now I just need to teach myself how to use it, so that I can start fabricating that shite. I want some sliders, rear bumper with swing out tire carrier, and some skid plates.

Hey, I like the avatar. Did you relocate your intake? After the incident there in MY avatar I relocated mine up in the cowl. Works great. It has a bit of a high pitch whine sometimes, but it doesn't bother me that much.

got any pics of the tube set up you used for the cowl intake? I've seen a couple that put the filter itself in the cowl area. I wonder if there's some way to keep the filter under the hood. Spectre makes a kit for the Tj that looks pretty decent, but it's expensive.
