Feels like it's gonna die on me!

Hey guys, alright so i noticed today every time i come to a stop light my jeep starts to idle? a lot really hard that its shakin the jeep a bit. It is an automatic, just recently changed the muffler to a banks about 2 weeks ago. At one point it stopped shaking and i thought it was gonna die on me right there at the 4 way intersection! Any ideas? I wanted to get an overall check on it either way... Thanks...

any weird idle stuff on mine has always been either dirty terminals or a bad battery. So, start with the cheapest option and clean the battery cables and terminals with a wire brush. put 'em back on and idle it up to about 2000 for a few minutes (should sound nice with the monster exhaust) and see if the problem is sloved. If it's not, then take your battery to checker and have it tested.

Now, if it's really knocking it might be something else, but sometimes a weak charge can cause some weird stuff.

So autozone said to clean out my IAC ... Scared to attempt this as a beginner... Hmm

Is it throwing any codes? Could be a number of issues. Bad gass or even a clogged fuel filter. I know when i updated my truck to duel banks and a K&N I was having a mass air flow issues and was making it idle funny. High flow MAF sensor fixed my issues.
