Army upgrading my chrysler 8 1/4 rear

I am planning many upgrades to my 94 xj and wish to know if I should upgrade my rear axle if it most likely wont see any hard core off roading. I want to add PowerTrax No-Slip to both front and rear and want to know if I should upgrade first. I am planning to upgrade the dana 30 front.

The 8.25 rear axle isnt' a bad axle. It is better than the D35, but not quite as good as a Ford 8.8 or a D44. If you won't see too much hard core wheeling, you will be fine with the 8.25

I would keep my 8.25, but was thinking of upgrading because it's only a 27 spline. Not sure if I want to go with a 44 or 8.8. First I need to buy another DD, so that the HEEP can be up on blocks in the garage for the swap though.
