    Default Front Bumper Lighting

Hello everyone. Long time listener, first time caller.

I have an 06 LJ equip with the stock lamps on the front bumper with the power switch on the light control leaver to the left of my steering wheel. My question is, I am looking to replace those stock lamps with something along the lines of KC Daylighters, is it possible to use the existing wires from the stock lamps to install the KC's to function with the stock light switch?

Also, if the above is possible, would I be able to or how would I bypass the Highbeam disengage function of the lesser lamps on the bumper?

    Thank you in advance.

Yes and Yes. THere is a block on the fire wall, near the battery if I remember and depending on how you wire the lights in depends on if they will stay on when you have the high beams on or off. Jeep does not do this because of amp draw. Not sure if I still have the directions on how I hooked mine up, not KC, but same concept. One last thing to check is the laws in your state on lights, where they can be mounted and how they can be used.

I hooked up some cheap Pilot lights (100watt) to my factory switch (2000TJ), no problems. I did not do the relay pin fold mod, didnt see a need for it for my application, but I can understand with stock headlights things can be dim.
    F'it, aint my Jeep!
