Default KOH Land Use and Access sponsors stepping up

    From Del Albright.

Wow, the businesses who help us build our rigs, are supporting landuse at King of the Hammers big time. We have the land use Seminar on Tuesday night; and the Team Challenge, Best Prepared Trail Rig on Wed. night.

Here are the companies and goodies we have for participants and some lucky audience folks as well (so far):

GenRight Off Road - Presenting Sponsor of Team Challenge; with a $500 Gift Certificate, nice donation to BlueRibbon Coalition and outfitting our entire Challenge staff in apparel from GenRight.

Tuffy Security Products -- $300 in Gift Certificates for Tuffy products; plus some t’s.

Tuff Country – awesome Tuff County clocks, flashlights, and t’s.

Trasharoo – 3 trash bags built to last; like the one that hangs on my Jeep rack.

Powertank – 6 Pro Tire Plug Kits

Rubicon Express – various RE swag; water bottles, t’s, and more

Trail Gear – 100 foot 3/8’s synthetic winch rope; 4 axle straps, 1 recovery strap; and 2 Optima battery boxes.

Off Road Jerky – 2 pounds of their famous off-road special jerky.

Great Lake Off Road.com - 2 Dana 60 diff covers with trim.

Nice! My buddy Andy is running the KOH again this year!

The BlueRibbon Coalition (BRC) Griffin King of the Hammers pledge drive with the 4405 Land Use Buggy was a huge success! Travis Carpenter, 4405 driver, and his “4405 Land Use Team” did a tremendous job of negotiating 98 miles of this extremely gnarly off-road race-a-thon for access before the tranny linkage melted and halted progress. Pledge donations were sent to BRC from all over the country. THANK you to all the folks who made this happen.
BRC’s Ambassador, Del Albright lead the landuse efforts at King of the Hammers (KOH), with a Landuse Seminar on Tuesday evening and the GenRight Best Prepared Trail Rig Team Challenge on Wednesday evening in front of a roaring crowd. “Team Degenerates” won the Challenge and walked away with arms-full of prizes and gift certificates from many businesses at KOH.
BlueRibbon Coalition sends a special thank you to the KOH staff and volunteers who helped make this race a landuse fund-raising effort that will benefit many trails for years to come. It could not have been nearly as successful without the help of the following businesses/vendors who support landuse and access.
